We then work with you to build out a more inclusive position description, which focuses on the essentials and removes gender biases. Our team will then work with our talent communities, tapping into our industry connections to present more gender diverse shortlists.

Giving Back:  As part of our commitment to our talent communities and pushing the industry forward, Stack will invest $500 towards a training course or conference of your choice, when we place you into your new role.
