Essentially, we find the best and brightest technologists around and introduce them to the right people. Simple!

We do this by building and fostering talent communities of exceptional people and partnering with innovative businesses.

 Our values underpin our business

Be yourself ! .. .. ..We prefer it that way.

  • Diversity and Inclusion aren’t hollow words to us. Stack understands that diverse companies are more successful than those that don’t make diversity a priority. It’s not only the right thing to do, it’s the smart thing to do.

Straight Forward

  • We’re straight forward and transparent, we don't do hidden surprises, what you see is what you get.

Develop Communities

  • We strive to help the communities around us, provide opportunities and always look to give back.

Women in Tech

The world is changing, so is the workforce and how we operate. Studies have shown that businesses with a more diverse workforce, have better cultures and results, however, the industry is still behind when it comes to solving gender diversity challenges in technology roles.

Stack are committed to building talent communities that address these gender imbalances and work with businesses so they can adapt, move forward and create better and more inclusive workforces.

Stack can help your business, to rethink and redesign your talent attraction strategy to address these challenges, improving your culture and bottom line.

Gender Diverse Shortlists

Stack is committed to addressing these challenges and one way we do this is with gender diverse shortlists. Please get in touch to find out more.
